IT'S ANOTHER GREAT WEEKEND FOR HAMPTON ROADS... A WARMING TREND IS ON THE WAY... A PERIOD OF UNSETTLED WEATHER IS POSSIBLE BY THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK
It's another great fall weekend here in Hampton Roads. After a frosty morning in some parts of Eastern Virginia, temperatures will rebound nicely today reaching highs near the 70 degree mark. As a high pressure system moves off of the NC Coast on Sunday, our winds will swing around to the SW or S bringing up warmer air. No rain is likely until mid-week, when we might see a period of unsettled weather. Right now, forecasters aren't sure how much rain we will see. I'll have more on that in my Sunday morning post. This past week's weather was fairly quiet and we didn't pick up much rainfall from that weak system that passed through the Mid-Atlantic States. I had litterally nothing in my neighborhood except for a few sprinkles. Tropical Storm Richard is trying to get his act together in the Western Caribbean as it slowly moves west. Enjoy your Saturday and check back in on Sunday.
