THE WEEKEND WILL BE CHILLY... A WARMING TREND SEEMS LIKELY NEXT WEEK... THERE ARE NO MAJOR STORMS EXPECTED THIS COMING WEEK

The weekend is going to be quite brisk as cold air filters into the region from the north. Clouds will share the skies on Saturday as a cold air aloft should create some instability. Some of those clouds may produce a shower or two in some spots. Sunday does appear to be the sunnier day of the weekend. A warm up is expected next week and as the headline states, there are no major storms expected this coming week. The NWS describes the pattern next week as benign... Tropical Storm Tomas is now moving NE into the Atlantic. Will that be the last storm of the season? I would say so but you never know. Hurricane season ends November 30th. I'll have an update on Sunday. Oh, and don't forget to set your clocks back one hour Sunday morning.
