SATURDAY WILL BE PLEASANT BUT SUNDAY COULD BE A BIT WET... TROPICAL STORM IGOR TRACKS WESTWARD... ANOTHER STORM MAY DEVELOP IN THE CARIBBEAN

Saturday will be a great day for doing yard work, sightseeing, taking a long walk, etc. since temperatures will be pleasant with low relative humidity. A frontal system approaching from the west will bring a chance of showers later Saturday night and Sunday. A thunderstorm is possible on Sunday. The potential rainfall doesn't seem that impressive but we may pick up a half inch in spots. That would mean much needed moisture for some areas that have not seen much rain over the past several weeks. Due to the cloud cover, Sunday should be on the cool side. Monday should be nice and Tuesday looks like it will be warmer... Tropical Storm Igor is chugging along in the Atlantic moving westward quite rapidly. Slow intensification is possible over the next few days. The big question (as always) is how far west will the storm get and will it re-curve out into the North Atlantic. From what I've read and seen, it seems that forecasters really are unsure if it will be a threat to the Southeast or Bermuda. It's still rather far away so forecasters have time to watch it. Another suspicious area of disturbed weather is being watched in the Caribbean. I'll have an update on Sunday.
