SUNDAY WILL BE SUNNY AND A BIT WARMER... MONDAY MAY BE WET, BUT HOW WET IT WILL BE IS STILL IN QUESTION... MONDAY SHOULD BE EVEN MILDER AS A SOUTHWEST
After a chilly start, Sunday will be a little warmer with temperatures peaking out in the 40's. Sunshine should be plentiful. A low pressure system will be approaching on Monday, thus bringing more clouds and possibly some rain or showers. Forecasters are not sure how much rain will fall on Monday as there are a few different scenarious still possible. A period of steady rain is possible well ahead of the cold front. It is also possible that this steady rain will develop to our southeast and miss the area. The cold front itself may have some rain or showers along it as it moves through the region. Either way, forecasters don't anticipate a lot of rain with this system. Precipitation will be in the liquid form since temperatures are expected to be well into the 40's on Monday. Tuesday looks nice as the system moves northeastward away from Hampton Roads. I'll have an update on Monday.
